Dues are $100 per month and due on the first of the month. Dues should be made payable to the Village at Tatescreek HOA and mailed to Association Management Services

The grass is mowed by Executive Landscaping.

It is the Homeowners responsibility to maintain their home not the HOA. For example the homeowner is responsible for ALL exterior maintenance to their home. The HOA only mows the lawn, weeds the beds every Spring along with trimming bushes and applying a layer of mulch. Home owner should regularly maintain their landscaping, pressure washing their home, re painting their doors and shutters with HOA approved colors only.
